The Egg &I Bed & Breakfast Welcomes You
(Click on any picture for a larger version.)
Without question, at ~1,200 sq. ft., this is the largest B & B suite in Paducah, and probably in Western Kentucky.
As you look at our Civil-War-era house from the front, upstairs on the right, or North side, is the ~1,200 sq. ft. Mary Sebree Bed & Breakfast suite. It can accomomdate four adults comfortably. We live downstairs.
We know you will enjoy staying in the heart of the Lower Town Arts District.
It's where everyone wants to stay!
The Paducah Trolley goes right in front of our house, and it's free! Or, you may prefer to simply walk through our neighborhood, The Lower Town Arts District, or meander three short blocks to the National Quilt Museum. (If you click on "View Larger Map," under the map, and type in "National Quilt Museum," in the search box, you can see how close we are to Museum.)
We are only six blocks from Downtown where there are a number of excellent, reasonably-priced restaurants. There are no dress codes, so you can wear whatever you like, from formal to jeans. Also, we provide you with a security pad, so you don't have to worry about a "curfew." Along with the private entrance, you can stay out all night, if you like.

The Mary Sebree Bed & Breakfast Suite

Please notice the many windows throughout the suite. They are tall and provide a
lot of light when you want it. Each window is fitted with venetian blinds so you can choose how much light you want to let in. The suite also has its own heating and cooling system that is independent from the rest of the house. You decide how warm or cool you want to be. Finally, there are two, three-speed ceiling fans that you may use to circulate cool or warm air as you like.
The large sitting area is separated from the queen-size bed by a central chimney. The sitting area features cable tv, wi-fi, a small dining table, and a double-bed sleep sofa. Our artwork, antiques, and collectibles decorate the suite.

The queen-size sleigh bed backs up to a separate bedroom that has a double bed. That's the first door on the left of the bed leads. The door on the extreme left leads to the bathroom. The separate bedroom has its own door to the bathroom.
The bathroom has a very large, 4' x 6', walk-in shower. It also has a bar refrigerator that guests are welcome to use. The bathroom has an exit to the back deck, which has an external, circular stairway. This stairway should be used only in cases of emergency, of which we have had none.
